Lincoln, Missoula & Caching

Sunday morning we were deciding what to when Michele suggested a drive to Lincoln. We hadn't been that way for quite a while so headed out. We hit snow going up Flesher Pass and had it all the way to Lincoln. At Lincoln I topped off the fuel and Michele grabbed a Almond Roca Latte. Lincoln seemed to very busy that day with a fair amount of people throughout the town. We decided that would drive down highway 200 for a while and see what happens. We had our choices of turn offs and different routes along the way. Well, we stayed on 200 all the way to Bonner. At Bonner we decided to head to Missoula for a quick lunch than head back to Helena on I-90. At the Reserve Exit, we decided to call a few of our Geocaching friends and see if they were free for lunch. We called one friend and asked if they were free for lunch, they were but they were in Lolo and would be in Missoula in about a hour or so. Being that we had some free time on our hands we decided to invite other friends as well as stop by their home and load some Geocaches onto Michele's GPSr. As the GPSr was loading we sat and visited with our friends and found out they had a few errands to run before lunch as well, so Michele and I were on our own to grab a few caches. COOL! We managed to find 7 caches in the Reserve Street Area before heading to Shaun Kelly's Pub. We had really great food and awesome conversations with our friends. It is always great see them. After an hour or two decided we should head back to Helena, as it was a hour and a half trip. We got back to Helena, had a light dinner and watched a Comedy Central Special with Craig Ferguson. He is awesome. If you don't know who he is he hosts the Late Late Show after David Letterman on CBS. He also starred on the Drew Carey Show as Drew's Boss.
That was our "Sunday Drive". We only thought of going to Lincoln, but as always ended up going other places. In a few weeks we will be heading to Kalispell for Michele's grandson's second birthday and visit other friends.
I recently found facebook, and have been spending some time there too.
