An even lazier Sunday

      Woke to it snowing and really didn't feel like to doing anything but pulling the blankets up and sleeping but that didn't last. I did have one errand to run so I forced my self out of bed, getting dressing and out the door. As I was leaving, Little Sasha really wanted to play with her frisbee. I told her I would play when I got back and through the gate I went.
      I decided to take  the scenic route on my errand and drive over the causeway at Lake Helena. As I approached the causeway I could see people out on the ice fishing. It was 4 degrees and a decent wind and they're out there sitting, some in huts and some not. "Crazy", I thought was I drove past.
     Upon returning home, Sasha was waiting and ready.  I Stepped in the house, told Michele I was home, grabbed the Frisbee and Sasha and I were out the door. After giving Sasha 15 throws we headed inside to relax.
      After having  a coupe of Orange sweet rolls I managed to not much after that. Turned on the idiot box, boob tube, whatever you want to call it and the day flew by after that.
      I didn't eat much, but Sunday is my "Free" day and didn't count calories today.

     Hope everyone had a good weekend. Back to work tomorrow!

The Situation in Texas: I can't believe all the people who disobeyed the manditory evacuation in Texas before Ike. If you didn't listen to the Mayor's evacuation order and choose to stay there then you chose to take your own like in your hands and have no one to blame but yourself. Appreciation???

I recently got into discussion with a family member in Pennsylvania about appreciation. She is one of those people that has to volunteer everywhere in her community and has to take over certain clubs because she thinks she and her family can run them better. She complains on facebook that she never has time to do anything for her self because of it. Recently I posted on facebook that I was going to enjoy an evening ride on my motorcycle, and she commented that she like this. I responded that last I heard she wasn't even riding their bike because they just don't have time for it anymore. I said I think you should sell the bike if you're not going to appreciate it and give someone else a chance to appreciate it instead of it just sitting there not being used.
